Hotel Automation & GRMS Ethiopia

In East Africa's diplomatic capital, luxury hotels compete on guest comfort and operational efficiency. Smart Building Addis deploys dedicated Guest Room Management Systems (GRMS) that coordinate lighting scenes, HVAC climate, and motorized curtains from sleek bedside glass interfaces.

Technical Capabilities & Engineering Workflow

By interfacing directly with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera, rooms automatically drift into energy-save mode upon checkout and return to comfort conditions prior to guest check-in, preventing massive cooling waste in unoccupied suites.

As an engineering consultant with real project credentials, our team has executed complex deployments across East Africa, including the landmark Eagle Hills One La Gare smart building and the World Bank office lighting installation. For high-level system architecture and consulting, we coordinate with our affiliated KNX and BMS specialist.
